An insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Healthcare Call Center Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Collaborating and following directives of the Site Director
  • Providing exceptional customer service to all internal customers
  • Collaborating with other functional areas

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • College degree or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum of 7-10 years call center experience required
  • At least 3-5 years of experience at the manager level
  • 2-3 years of experience directly managing manager level employees
  • Experience with call center technology
  • Proficiency using MS office
