Job Summary
An insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Healthcare Call Center Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Collaborating and following directives of the Site Director
- Providing exceptional customer service to all internal customers
- Collaborating with other functional areas
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- College degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of 7-10 years call center experience required
- At least 3-5 years of experience at the manager level
- 2-3 years of experience directly managing manager level employees
- Experience with call center technology
- Proficiency using MS office
