Job Summary

A healthcare technology company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Healthcare Cloud Database Engineer in Tampa.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Evaluating, recommending, and choosing of database engine/platform
  • Designing, reviewing and implementing of data model and databases
  • Optimizing, monitoring and issuing resolution with the database infrastructure and services

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science/information science/engineering
  • 5+ years of professional working experience with databases, with both database operation and database development experiences
  • 5+ years of professional working experience with cloud/AWS database services in a code-centric database engineer or data engineer role
  • Advanced RDBMS and NoSQL databases working experience
  • Experience with AWS data platforms and tools such as Amazon S3, EMR, Glue ETL, Athena, QuickSight, SageMaker, Redshift
  • Software development life cycle support of the database, data, and analytic services
