Job Summary

A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Healthcare Compliance Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Assess, investigate, and resolve myriad complex privacy incidents and inquiries
• Conduct in-depth risk assessments for all investigations and maintain case files
• Coordinate activities related to data protection programs and assist with maintaining any applicable accreditation standards

Qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelor’s degree in health administration, business, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years in healthcare compliance or related area
• Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state privacy and security laws
• Strong data analysis and presentation skills
• Ability to exercise considerable judgment, maintain confidentiality, and act in a diplomatic manner
• Ability to independently identify, research, and resolve issues
