Job Summary
A biotechnology research company is in need of a Remote Senior Healthcare Compliance Counsel Member.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading and developing team to manage global healthcare compliance matters
- Advising on corporate compliance matters
- Conducting periodic risk assessments
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years combined relevant experience
- Experience developing global compliance programs in the biotech, pharmaceutical, or health technology industry
- Extensive experience with compliance matters relating to healthcare, especially healthcare IT
- Knowledge of global laws regarding kickbacks, fraud and abuse, false claims, & drug development
- Deep knowledge of FDA, EU, and other global regulations and guidance governing GCP
- Law Degree from an accredited international institution
