- Supporting all aspects of CMS Risk Adjustment program integration and enhancements
- Providing reporting on risk adjustment metrics to all management levels to drive decision-making
- Leading multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s Degree or
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of experience working in a data analyst role
- 1+ years of experience in financial analysis within healthcare industry
- 1+ years of Risk Adjustment program operational, analytical, or implementation experience
- Understanding of CMS Medicare Advantage Risk Adjustment methodologies
