Job Summary
A integrated healthcare services and products company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Healthcare Customer Service Operations Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assist in the on-boarding and mentoring of new hires
- Provide peer to peer coaching and /or supports Peer-Led-Training
- Support both front and back office functions
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Prior computer experience using Microsoft Office systems
- In-depth knowledge in technical or specialty area
- A Covid-19 vaccination is required
