Job Summary

A health insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Healthcare Customer Service Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Serving as a resource or Subject Matter Expert for other team members or internal customers
  • Handling escalated calls, resolving more complex customer issues in a one and done manner
  • Demonstrating outstanding service to identify the source of the issue

Required Skills:

  • High School Diploma / GED or higher OR equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 3+ years of combined education, work and/or volunteer experience
  • Dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
  • Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure if applicable
