Job Summary
A healthcare provider has an open position for a Remote Senior Healthcare Customer Service Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Handle Inbound/Outbound phone calls
- Provide customer service to patients, families and medical providers
- Process orders for new and existing customers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Computer experience using Microsoft Office systems required
- Ability to achieve daily call center metrics
- Customer service experience required
- Capacity to navigate stressful situations with ease
- Keen attention to detail, especially documenting for proper information
- Ability to handle high call volumes (~60+ calls per day)
