Job Summary
A telehealth services provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Healthcare Customer Success Director.
Must be able to:
- Leverage data and insights to help drive the product roadmap
- Establish, monitor and report KPIs related to the Customer Experience
- Establish and nurture strong internal relationships across the organization
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years experience leading customer implementation and account management teams serving national and regional health plans
- Proven ability to help a company scale by developing standardized processes and workflows
- Track record of developing and leading high performing teams
