A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Healthcare Economic Consultant in the Los Angeles Area.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Analyzing and interpreting various forms of utilization and healthcare cost data
- Identifying trends and opportunities in healthcare spend
- Researching and understanding national affordability initiatives
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- At least an intermediate level of proficiency with SQL, SQL Server
- 1+ years of experience working with relational databases
- 3+ years of health care experience, including understanding of healthcare claims data and coding
- Advanced level of proficiency working with MS Excel including formulas, calculations, charts, graphs, etc
