Job Summary

A managed healthcare and insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Healthcare Insurance Claims Representative.

Must be able to:

• Assist with escalated claims to resolve complex issues for team members and internal customers
• Analyze and identify trends and provides reports as necessary
• Support implementation of updates to the current procedures and assist with new system training/mentoring

Required Skills:

• High school diploma or GED OR equivalent years of work experience
• 3+ year of experience in FACETs
• 3+ year of experience in a related environment using phones and computers as the primary job tools
• 1+ year experience processing medical, dental, prescription or mental health claims
• Proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications
