Job Summary

An insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Healthcare Insurance Customer Service Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Handling escalated calls, resolving more complex customer issues in a one and done manner
  • Serving as a resource or Subject Matter Expert (SME) for other team members or internal customers
  • Helping guide and educate customers about the fundamentals and the benefits to them of consumer-driven health care topics

Qualifications Include:

  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher) OR equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 3+ years of combined education, work and/or volunteer experience
  • Demonstrate outstanding service to identify the source of the issue and work to resolve customer inquiries and issues
