A healthcare insurance provider has a current position open for a Remote Senior Healthcare Insurance Individual Account Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Creating member eligibility within the Facets System
- Researching returned refund check
- Responding to telephone and/or written inquiries
Position Requirements Include:
- Knowledge of existing procedures, Facets, business practices, policies and inter-relationships
- Ability to manage APTC changes, HICS cases, address changes, terminations, and new enrollments
- Ability to providing support to internal customers
