Job Summary
A healthcare insurance provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Healthcare Insurance Proposals Strategist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading efforts to collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) throughout the organization
- Refining and updating proposal content to ensure alignment with best practices in the industry
- Assisting with defining win strategies and create proposals for our highest priority sales and retention opportunities
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years’ project management and process improvement experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, health administration or related field
- Seasoned copy writer/communicator with design/layout experience
- Ability to exercise considerable judgment, maintain confidentiality, and act diplomatically
- 5 to 8 years’ content development experience with a PBM/pharmacy business, commercial or government-funded health insurance plan
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry related software programs
