Job Summary

A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Senior Healthcare People Operations Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Leading partnerships with service and tool providers (vendors) for the team
• Managing leave of absence related items including final determination of leaves and proper coding in the HRIS
• Providing guidance on benefits, payroll, and HR processes to leaders and employees

Position Requirements Include:

• 3-5 years HRIS experience
• Experience establishing and tracking program metrics
• Experience building agile People Operations service delivery models
• Experience with ADP or similar Human Capital Management system
• Experience in change management and process implementation
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
