Job Summary
A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Senior Healthcare People Operations Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading partnerships with service and tool providers (vendors) for the team
- Managing leave of absence related items including final determination of leaves and proper coding in the HRIS
- Providing guidance on benefits, payroll, and HR processes to leaders and employees
Position Requirements Include:
- 3-5 years HRIS experience
- Experience establishing and tracking program metrics
- Experience building agile People Operations service delivery models
- Experience with ADP or similar Human Capital Management system
- Experience in change management and process implementation
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
