Job Summary
A healthcare research company is seeking a Remote Senior Healthcare Research People Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Support the facilitation of ad hoc reporting and data requests
- Contribute to the design, development, and testing of RPA processes and updating dashboards
- Provide coaching to People team members and key partners on the interpretation of data
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Decision Sciences, Statistics or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience analyzing data in a business environment
- 1-2 years of experience in RPA business analysis
- Experience developing data models with Tableau or Prism
- Experience creating Data Catalogs and managing data migration with various tools
- Proficiency in Workday reporting, dashboards and analytics
