Job Summary

An IT company is in need of a Remote Senior Hospitality Database Engineer.

Must be able to:

  • Design and create new SQL/NOSQL databases for microservices platform on prem and in the cloud
  • Collaborate with Architecture and Application development teams in High level Data-tier design
  • Upgrade databases to latest versions, monitor overall health using available tools

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelors or higher
  • 8+ years managing Microsoft SQL Server database technologies
  • 2+ years experience working in any NOSQL technology
  • Understanding the hospitality transactional patterns for clear and concise capacity management
  • Able to troubleshoot complex database engine performance or technical issues
