A consumer and business credit reporting and marketing service provider is seeking a Remote Senior HR Business Partner.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Partnering with leadership to align HR strategy to business strategy
- Designing & implementing programs to enhance business capability and ensure that talent is well positioned to meet business goals
- Acting as change agent to business through process design and approaches that support change and transformation
Position Requirements Include:
- 8 plus years of broad and progressive HR experience in HR Business Partnering and Talent Management
- A strong business acumen with the capability to align impactful solutions through strong collaboration with HR Business Partners
- Successful track record of delivering impactful HR programs and initiatives directly tied to strategic business goals
- Experience in strategic workforce planning and organizational design
- Adept at consulting, advising and influencing leaders on HR related issues
