Job Summary

A software development firm is filling a position for a Remote Senior HR Business Partner.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Designing and rolling out expanded Employee Development programs
  • Bringing new ideas and expertise to our performance management system
  • Partnering with our Chief People Officer and HRBP team to build and scale our management training & development opportunities

Qualifications Include:

  • 6-8 years of experience in a core HR / OD function
  • Have the ability to conceive an idea, get buy-in from key stakeholders,
  • Have led teams yourself, and you have coached Managers how to be excellent at managing people
  • Have helped build new processes and evolve existing ones to drive efficiency
