Job Summary
A legal services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior HR Business Partner Team Generalist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Establishing strong partnerships with front line managers & leaders that promote strategic organizational alignment
- Providing day-to-day consultative services to leadership, managers, and employees on human resources matters
- Supporting Strengths-based coaching philosophy
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or human resources
- Professional Certification in Human Resources
- 5+ years of experience in a Human Resources capacity, preferably 2+ years in HR Generalist role
- International HR experience
- Builds Effective Relationships
