Job Summary
A non-profit healthcare organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior HR Business Systems Analyst .
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Assisting in the management of vendor relationships
- Recommending new ways of using software tools to improve workflow, eliminate labor intensive and time-consuming tasks and to increase quality
- Working in a calm and logical manner with customers, ITS staff, and vendors to resolve problems
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Five to seven years of experience working with HR Systems or comparable ERP applications
- Knowledge and experience supporting Infor CloudSuite, Lawson S3, or PeopleSoft environments is preferred
- Good analytical, problem solving, follow-up skills and strong attention to detail
