Job Summary

A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior HR Compensation and Analytics Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Developing and driving a compensation framework that will motivate and reward employees
  • Supporting the execution and delivery of all compensation projects and programs
  • Diving deep into people analytics, providing data to People Strategy and Business Leaders

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 5-7+ years of progressive HR experience
  • 5+ years of Compensation analysis experience
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of HR policies, processes, employment laws and total rewards
  • Experience with Sales compensation and Executive compensation
  • Ability to use business judgment when assessing requirements
  • Experience working with Workday
