Job Summary
A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior HR Compensation and Analytics Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing and driving a compensation framework that will motivate and reward employees
- Supporting the execution and delivery of all compensation projects and programs
- Diving deep into people analytics, providing data to People Strategy and Business Leaders
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5-7+ years of progressive HR experience
- 5+ years of Compensation analysis experience
- Strong knowledge and understanding of HR policies, processes, employment laws and total rewards
- Experience with Sales compensation and Executive compensation
- Ability to use business judgment when assessing requirements
- Experience working with Workday
