Job Summary
An online social network has an open position for a Remote Senior HR Generalist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing benefits, including compliance, in partnership with brokers
- Acting as a resource for employees
- Facilitating employee separations and conducting exit interviews
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Solid knowledge of Federal and CA State laws: EEOC, ADA, PDL, FMLA, CFRA, PFL, etc.
- Meticulous and motivated
- 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced and growing startup culture
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to multi-task and balance priorities in a fast-paced environment
