Remote Senior HR Generalist

Job Summary

A technology company has an open position for a Remote Senior HR Generalist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Scaling and iterating on current HR processes
• Managing payroll and processes all compensation changes on Justworks
• Managing offboarding logistics including exit interviews and partnering with IT on equipment return and tracking

Required Skills:

• 5+ years experience in HR or People Operations
• Deep functional HR expertise in how to keep an organization compliant
• Experience with payroll and HRIS/ PEO systems
• Comfortable with public speaking and running training programs
• Have worked at both start-ups and larger organizations
• Knowledge of legal requirements related to the day-to-day management of team members
