Job Summary
A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior HR Generalist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assist with conducting employee onboarding including new hire data entry, e-verify and document completion
- Maintain employee files to ensure accuracy and compliance in preparation for audits
- Develop and deliver headcount reporting and other required reporting to the business
Position Requirements Include:
- 5-8 years of experience as an HR Generalist with increasing responsibility
- Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field
- 3+ years of experience as HR support within a call center environment
- High growth experience
- Experience in ADP or other HR Systems
- Strong Excel skills
