Job Summary
An integration, API management, and analytics provider is in need of a Remote Senior HR Generalist in Greenwood Village.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Partnering with Lead HRBP & assist in support of Products & Technology function on local implementation & operation of HR programs
- Liaising & collaborating with Global Mobility, Immigration, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development to maximize effectiveness of HR
- Coach & support leaders & colleagues related to work challenges, change management efforts & performance management
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5 years experience in Human Resources with increasing responsibility driving business outcomes, preferably in multi-site environments
- Independent, flexible, responsive, resilient, data-driven consultant with excellent communication and listening skills
- Strong business acumen, change management experience, ability to thrive independently, global HR experience & a sense of humor
- Ability to relate to, influence and coach employees at all levels in the organization, including strong personalities
- Passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement
- Broad knowledge of applicable federal, state and local employment law
