An online retailer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior HR Investigator.

• Investigating highly sensitive HR and Employee Relations issues
• Managing assigned casework, bringing investigations to closure rapidly and definitively
• Analyzing aggregate casework data to identify issue trends

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years combined human resources, labor relations, investigative, or legal experienc
• Passion for employee relations, labor relations, investigations, or labor/employment law
• Proficient understanding of federal and state employment and labor laws
• Experience in conducting investigative fieldwork
• Technically proficient in Microsoft Office Suite systems
