Job Summary
A non-profit research organization is filling a position for a Remote Senior HR Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Participating in planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices
- Leading functions related to recruiting, training; including performance management and enforcing company policies and practices
- Supervising and serving as a thought partner to the HR Manager Lead and mediating employee relations and/or other employee interactions for managers and employees
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a supervisory HR role
- Experience operating within a fast-paced, mission-driven, and/or Pharma organization
- Demonstrated understanding and knowledge of HR best practices and relevant understanding of federal, state and local laws
- Demonstrated aptitude and ability with technology and systems to collect and report out on data
- Ability to support Director as needed on any legal matters
- Ability to provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures and legal (regulatory) compliance issues in a digestible manner
