A healthcare technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior HR Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Building effective relationships throughout the organization
- Providing day-to-day performance management guidance to market teams
- Analyzing trends and KPIs in partnership with the Care Team
Position Requirements Include:
- 7+ years of HR Business Partner or Generalist experience resolving complex employee relations issues
- 2+ years direct management experience leading a team
- Ability to exercise tact and diplomacy to resolve sensitive issues
- Ability to design and execute programs that meet the needs of the organization
- Proven ability to influence various levels of leadership without direct authority in both an in person and virtual environment
- Excellent internal consulting skills and ability to build partnerships at all levels within the organization
