A physician-owned company has a current position open for a Remote Senior HR Reporting Analyst in Emeryville.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading process for People Operations learning of Oracle HCM Cloud & BI Publisher
- Identify Human Resources needs & HRIS reports to fulfill these needs
- Providing variety of support for dashboard creation & report development to support business users & interpret data
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 2 years of experience in SQL required
- 4 years of experience developing reports using Oracle BI Publisher in HCM Cloud required
- 3 years of experience in positions performing report development using Oracle OTBI required
