Job Summary
A software company is in need of a Remote Senior HR Software Executive Assistant in Salt Lake City.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars
- Report on data from internal information and ticketing systems
- Prepare presentation materials or other important internal communications
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Able to manage multiple leaders/executives with different working styles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated success where personal results and accountability are evident
- Proficiency with Google apps, Microsoft Suite, and Zoom
- Demonstrable exceptional skills with MSExcel/GoogleSheets, MSPowerPoint/GoogleSlides, and project management
- History of building relationships across groups and levels
