Job Summary
A non-profit charter school management organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior HR Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Screening all resumes looking for key traits that will make candidates successful in an HNW family environment
- Setting the service standard from the beginning with the interview screening process
- Keeping and reporting accurate and confidential information of all candidates, from application through hiring/termination
Qualifications for this position include:
- 4-Year degree from accredited college or university
- Excellent HR and project management skills
- Possess superior organizational and time management skills
- Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience working in a human resource capacity
- Able to work independently and report progress and results to a team
- Tech-savvy and resourceful, familiar with internet research, LinkedIn, Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google Calendar
