Job Summary
A global equipment manufacturing company is filling a position for a Remote Senior HR Technology Associate Director .
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Serving as lead for one or more Workday functional areas (i.e. Recruiting, Talent)
- Frequently providing status updates on any work or projects assigned
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's Degree from four-year college or university
- Minimum 5+ years of directly related HRIS and Workday experience
- 5+ years of experience specifically in Workday functional areas: Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent & Performance
- Experience with EIBs, Report Writing, BIRT
- Exceptional analytical skills and capabilities
