Job Summary

A non-profit organization has a current position open for a Remote Senior HRBP People Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Partner with leaders and HRBP team to continually improve and innovate our people processes and programs
  • Be the key leader owning high-stakes employee relation issues
  • Develop strong, trusted partnerships and candid coaching relationships with executive, VPs, and Directors across the organization

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years experience successfully coaching leaders up to the VP or Executive levels
  • 10+ years of HR Business Partner experience building and scaling a team of HRBPs for high-growth / high-performance companies
  • Experience supporting large scale operations or call-center business units
  • Ability to exercise tact and diplomacy to resolve sensitive issues
  • Ability to design and execute programs that meet the needs of the organization
  • Strong judgement and analytical skills
