Job Summary

A roofing manufacturer is in need of a Remote Senior HRIS Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Continually improving processes, maximizing productivity, and supporting new HR initiatives
  • Managing new Workday and HR System project/enhancement requests
  • Acting as the Senior Technical Analyst for HR Technology projects

Qualifications Include:

  • Advanced Level knowledge of Workday
  • Experience working on at least 2 different implementations
  • Highly skilled and experienced in all the following Workday fundamentals:
  • Core HCM configuration
  • Business processes configuration and process flow
  • Security configuration, security groups, roles, workflow, intersection and integration security
