Job Summary
A provider of critical health and human services programs is in need of a Remote Senior HRIS LMS Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborating with functional teams, end-users and IT
- Preparing comprehensive development plans
- Implementing HR technology solutions
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience
- Knowledge and experience in systems implementations, change management, knowledge management, and best practices
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent Analytical, problem solving, interpersonal communication and team building skills
- Ability to communicate (both written and verbal) complex subjects to all levels of the organization
