Job Summary
A content delivery network is filling a position for a Remote Senior HRIS Workday Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Serving as the People systems subject-matter expert with expert-level understanding of core HR functionalities including recruiting, compensation, benefits, payroll and performance management
- Partnering closely with the HR & Accounting partners in requirement gathering, solution architecture, and implementation in Workday to meet the needs of the rapidly growing business
- Translating business requirements into creative and effective technical/functional designs with scalable systems architecture in mind, then drive the implementation of those solutions from end-to-end
Qualifications for this position include:
- 7+ years of HRIS experience with 5+ years of hands-on Workday implementation and configuration experience
- Proficiency in Workday HCM
- Proficiency in one or more Workday modules: US Payroll, Compensation, etc
- Functional knowledge of Workday HCM concepts: Position Management, Organizations, Hierarchy, Staffing and Support Models, etc)
- Experience in business analysis and process improvement
- Ability to perform configuration and administration of Workday core business processes, security maintenance, data loads, integrations, and upgrades
