Job Summary
A software as a service company is in need of a Remote Senior Human Capital Management Systems Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Consulting with key leaders to identify and document business needs / objectives
- Tracking and document changes to functional and business specifications
- Developing and delivering Human Resources system training and end user support
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline
- 5 to 7 years of experience supporting Human Resources systems required
- 2 or more years leading and managing project teams preferred
- Workday HCM configuration and build experience preferred
- Professional in Human Resources, Senior Professional in Human Resources or equivalent certification preferred
