Job Summary
A financial services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Human Resource Business Partner.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Building and maintaining trusted advisor relationships with senior leaders
- Providing thought leadership on scaling and engaging teams to support the rapid growth of the organization
- Creating and launching a comprehensive people plan that maps to our business transformation underway and imbeds the companies values in all that we do
Qualifications for this position include:
- 7-10 years of progressively complex human resources experience
- Depth of experience supporting Technology organizations
- Passion and excitement for the HR space with success operating at a strategic level delivering tangible client impact in compensation, talent management, organization effectiveness, leadership coaching
- Ability to build deep relationships with demonstrated success influencing at senior level as a trusted business advisor cross-functionally and comfortable challenging the status quo
- Demonstrated Business and Organizational Acumen in achieving results. Ability to anticipate needs before they arise
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; a passion for analyzing data to provide holistic and lasting solutions
