Job Summary
A blockchain infrastructure development firm has an open position for a Remote Senior Human Resource Business Partner.
Must be able to:
- Provide guidance and support to leaders and employees on a range of employee relations matters
- Drive and support organizational change initiatives, providing guidance on change management best practices
- Utilize HR data and analytics to identify trends, provide insights, and make data-driven recommendations
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a fast-paced startup
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices
- Proven experience in providing strategic HR guidance and partnering with leaders to drive business results
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to utilize HR data to inform decision-making
