Job Summary

A blockchain infrastructure development firm has an open position for a Remote Senior Human Resource Business Partner.

Must be able to:

• Provide guidance and support to leaders and employees on a range of employee relations matters
• Drive and support organizational change initiatives, providing guidance on change management best practices
• Utilize HR data and analytics to identify trends, provide insights, and make data-driven recommendations

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 6 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a fast-paced startup
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices
• Proven experience in providing strategic HR guidance and partnering with leaders to drive business results
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to utilize HR data to inform decision-making
