Job Summary

A financial services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Human Resource Business Partner in Tempe.

Must be able to:

• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with senior leaders, providing thought leadership on scaling and engaging teams to support the rapid growth of the organization
• Create and launch a comprehensive people plan that maps to our business transformation underway and imbeds the company values in all that we do
• Design requisite organizational structures as we grow to 3x

Required Skills:

• 7-10 years of progressively complex human resources experience
• Demonstrated passion and excitement for the HR space with success operating at a strategic level delivering tangible client impact in compensation, talent management, organization effectiveness, leadership coaching
• Ability to build deep relationships with demonstrated success influencing at senior level as a trusted business advisor cross-functionally
• Demonstrated Business and Organizational Acumen in achieving result
• Ability to conduct needs assessment and design functional career frameworks, success profiles and suggested development vehicles that engage, retain and grow employees
• Ability to identify roadblocks to organizational effectiveness and get to the root cause of issues, design and implement solutions that improve efficiencies
