Job Summary
A manufacturing company is seeking a Remote Senior Human Resource Compliance Specialist in Dallas.
Must be able to:
- Work with HR management to develop, improve, and maintain human resource policies
- File state and federal mandatory reporting
- Maintain national Labor Law and EEO poster program
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Four-Year College Degree (BA or BS), years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree
- Eight or more years of relevant work experience
- Certification preferred in PHR/SPHR or another HR certification
- Experience conducting internal audits of policies and procedures
- Excel and other MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
