Job Summary
A non-profit leadership organization has an open position for a Remote Senior Human Resource Manager.
Must be able to:
- Build new, and iterate on, existing people initiatives and programs
- Serve as a functional people and talent partner within the business
- Guiding managers in areas such as benefits, compensation, training, etc
Position Requirements Include:
- BSc degree in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology
- Proven work experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software
- Ability to foster healthy employee relations
- Solid understanding of labor legislation
- Excellent communication abilities and leadership skills
