Job Summary
A life sciences manufacturing company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Human Resource Mergers and Acquisitions Consultant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee the HR M&A approach as it relates to due diligence and integration activities
- Work with HR subject matter experts to transition acquired companies to company HR programs
- Act as the company HR representative to support the acquired Company's management and workforce
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8+ years of experience in Human Resources
- 3+ years of experience in project/program management
- Experience managing at least 3 HR M&A projects
- Experience with general HR processes and policies is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to think creatively, and takes ownership of projects
