Job Summary

A life sciences manufacturing company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Human Resource Mergers and Acquisitions Consultant.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee the HR M&A approach as it relates to due diligence and integration activities
  • Work with HR subject matter experts to transition acquired companies to company HR programs
  • Act as the company HR representative to support the acquired Company's management and workforce

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 8+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • 3+ years of experience in project/program management
  • Experience managing at least 3 HR M&A projects
  • Experience with general HR processes and policies is preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to think creatively, and takes ownership of projects
