Job Summary

A health services company is seeking a Remote Senior Human Resource Transformation Analyst.

Must be able to:

  • Be an innovation facilitator, process optimizer, and operational subject matter expert
  • Apply experience working with technology teams to optimize various industry leading applications
  • Work directly with the People Technology team to streamline, automate, eliminate, or outsource HR operational work

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent post high school and/or related work experience
  • 1 or more years of related work experience
  • Prior exposure to UKG Pro, ServiceNow, or similar platforms is ideal
  • Proven skills with data management or governance is preferred
