Job Summary
A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Human Resources Business Partner.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership to finalize role descriptions and compensation plans to stay on target
- Deliver both strategic and tactical HR support and programs to employees and managers
- Provide advice and counsel to managers and employees on all performance related issues
Position Requirements Include:
- Impeccable judgment with intuitive nature to balance company needs while partnering with managers and employees alike
- 8+ years of experience in an HR / People Ops role, with at least 4 as a strategic partner
- Experience (even limited) in workforce planning
- Resourceful, inventive, self-motivated and able to independently lead
