Job Summary
A consumer electronics company specializing in nicotine vaporizers has an open position for a Remote Senior Human Resources Business Partner.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide appropriate coaching & development feedback to managers & employees, proactively & when employee relations issues arise
- Partner with the People team on Learning & Development, Compensation & Operations to inform, design & implementation of programs
- Provide data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs
Qualifications for this position include:
- 10+ years of strategic HR experience
- Proven HR Business Partner experience supporting one or more disciplines
- 5+ years experience as an HR Business Partner in a high-growth environment
- Working knowledge of multiple Human Resource disciplines including compensation, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, etc
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and the ability to make thoughtful decisions
