Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Executing HR strategies to meet the evolving commercial needs of the businesses
- Providing coaching, feedback, and guidance to business unit leaders
- Partnering with Business Leaders to plan, create and achieve operating plans
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 10+ years HR generalist experience
- Strong track record in initiating and leading change
- Expertise of managing or working with specialist HR functions
- Must be strong in consultancy approach and tactically effective in HR Operations
- Ability to use metrics and analytics and a bias for data-driven HR
