Job Summary
A nonprofit organization needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Human Resources Business Partner.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic business partner to leaders and employees
- Conduct investigations in accordance with investigation guidelines
- Advise and coach managers on performance management processes and compensation programs
Position Requirements Include:
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years as a HR Business Partner, with direct client support and management mentoring experience
- Strong working knowledge of Human Resource best practices as well as federal, state, local laws
