Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Build and maintain influential relationships by being a strategic partner with management
- Work closely with management and employees to improve business and employee performance
- Design and implement organizational improvement
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
- Ten+ years of direct HR Business Partner experience in a high growth company
- Strong influence and problem solving skills
- Exceptional listening, written and oral communication skills
- Strong business acumen and working knowledge of employment laws
- Team player with proven ability to manage competing priorities and deal support change
